Our shipping terms
We offer same day and rush delivery for most areas of the GTA (all information will be outlined during checkout when purchasing your gift), delivery on your preferred date via courier of choice, and shipping via Canada Post – with different options available through-out Canada.
Our delivery times are: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
Inka Organics offers same day delivery for most parts in the GTA. Your orders would have to be put through in our system before 10.30 am. Our system will determine if same day delivery is an option once the postal code has been entered in the recipient’s address.
Canada Post has a few delivery options available. Each customer will see a list of options of delivery for their gift, depending on what time the order is processed and the location they would like their gift delivered to.
*** Please note, for all Canada Post deliveries, for the 1 day or 2 days guaranteed options, the order must be entered before 2 pm.
If you need particular information on how long it might take if using the main postal carrier Canada Post for delivery, please contact us and we can communicate with Canada Post on your behalf and let you know what the delivery turnaround is for your package. This is how long it usually takes (with non-guaranteed delivery option) for a package to be delivered to the areas mentioned below:

- AB, NS, Manitoba * 3 - 4 business days

- BC * 5 - 6 business days
A calendar and textbox is available for you to insert a future preferred date of delivery as well.
Rush delivery * by the local courier company * is also automated when checking out for some parts of GTA where this option is available. These orders have to be put through until 1.00 pm for delivery to take place within approximately 3 hours.
It is always good for the recipient to be available when the delivery takes place, however there are times when no one is available to claim the gift. If the gift recipient is not available when the package is delivered, their gift may be left in front of the door (if delivered to a house) or at the back entrance if available.
If the gift will be delivered to a condominium building, the gift may be left with the concierge. When delivery is done by the local courier, if the gift will be left in front of the door or with the concierge, we will notify you and the recipient of the delivery. If for any reason the gift has to be returned to us as it was not possible to be safely left at the recipient’s address in their absence, you will incur another charge for a subsequent delivery when the recipient will be available.
We track all packages. We will e-mail you with an updated status as soon as the gift has been dispatched (via Courier or Canada Post).
Please note it is possible that delays in delivery occur because of extreme weather conditions, traffic or construction. If your package is delivered to US, please note custom clearance takes additional time and will slightly delay the gift delivery.
